Orientation Overview
Welcome to NIC!
Our orientation program is here to welcome you to North Island College and support you as you transition into the college community. Whether you’re a new student directly out of high school, a mature student returning to school, or a current student wanting to better prepare yourself for another term, we’re here to help!
We'd like to introduce you to the academic programming, support services and people that make up the community here at NIC, so that you can have a strong foundation for your learning journey as you grow academically, emotionally, socially and personally.
Orientation consists of live virtual sessions, in-person events, and Orientation on Demand, which provides you with a collection of resources for when you need them.
